We offer private sessions, and group workshops too - each and every session is designed specifically to meet individual needs & objectives, and rest assured, no prior experience at all with horses is necessary!
EFL activities include things like obstacle courses, lunging lessons, leading the horse without a rope, simple interactions with the horse, and so much more (depending on your needs, desires, goals & experience)
Sessions vary in duration, and can include any/all of the 'full day workshop' elements listed below:

Groups can be anything from 2-12 participants (the perfect team building activities for small groups!), with groups over 6 split into 2 teams during the EFL session itself.

Employee Wellbeing & Resilience at work are an increasingly important aspect of employee wellbeing initiatives that contribute hugely to the employee experience (& subsequent retention). Taking time out to reconnect with oneself & to nature has incredible benefits, & a workshop focused on this can both educate & empower your team to take better care of themselves, ask for what they need & arm them with tools to support resilience during stressful times - as well as give them a much needed break. We can even partner with external facilitators to provide additional sessions such as yoga during a mindfulness workshop day.
